- Admit it to yourself that you’re angry.

- Close your eyes. Shut it off for a minute or two.
- Breath deeply.
- Make a fist while holding your breath.
- Bite your tongue and your lips.
- Understand what the statement mean, word for word.
- Avoid confrontation.
- Give yourself a time-out.
- Go for a run, a marathon to be exact.
- If you don’t like running, take a long walk.
- Got a punching bag? Burst it out there with your boxing gloves.
- Turn your anger into humor.
- Laugh loud about it.
- Count. Start from 1 to 10, if not up to 100.
- If you can’t control it, watch a movie by Adam Sandler entitled “Anger Management”
